• Attempt unauthorized access to ChargeChime systems, other users' accounts, or connected vehicle data you are not authorized to access.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for any unlawful activity.
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Interfere with Smartcar integrations or connected vehicle APIs.
• Abuse APIs or automated systems (including rate-limit circumvention, credential stuffing, or denial-of-service attempts).

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your ChargeChime account without notice or refund.
